Set a fixed deposit on a session, taken by card as the player or parent books, with the balance paid in person. It works for a one-to-one as much as for a place in a small session, so the slot is paid toward before it is on your calendar.

- Can I take a deposit on a coaching session rather than the full price?
- Yes. Each session can carry a fixed deposit, taken by card when it is booked, with the rest paid in person. Sessions without a deposit are booked as normal.
- What happens to the deposit if someone cancels?
- Soopaspace records it as received against the booking. Whether to refund it is up to you, and refunds are made from your dashboard.
