A deposit when they book the hour
Set a fixed deposit on any session, taken by card as the client books, with the balance paid in person. It works for a first session with someone new as much as for a one-off, so the hour is paid toward before it is on your calendar.

- Can I take a deposit on a PT session rather than the full price?
- Yes. Each session can carry a fixed deposit, taken by card when the client books, with the rest paid in person. Sessions without a deposit are booked as normal.
- What happens to the deposit if a client cancels?
- Soopaspace records it as received against the booking. Whether to refund it is up to you, and refunds are made from your dashboard.
