Will it send payment reminders automatically?
Only if you switch it on. You choose up to three reminders and how many days after the due date each one goes, and each can be set to send itself or to wait for you to send it by hand.
Will my clients get a stream of emails?
No. Each client gets one email covering everything they owe, reminders are at least 3 days apart and only go out in working hours, and anything more than 120 days overdue is left for you to handle personally.
Does it add late fees or threaten legal action?
No. The wording is polite and professional and never adds interest or fees. If a debt ever needs formal steps, that stays your decision.
Is this on the free plan?
