Can clients pay without a card?

Yes. You choose which ways to pay you offer: bank transfer, cash or card. Card is only offered where you switch it on.

Are my client notes private?

Yes. Notes live on the client and are only ever seen by you, never shown to the client or anyone else.

Can I charge a different price for a first session?

Yes. An initial session can be its own service with its own length and price, separate from your standard weekly session.

Does Soopaspace replace my clinical records?

No. It holds your diary, payments and private notes on each client. It is not a clinical records system.

A bundle is a set number of sessions sold together at a price you choose. Each booking takes one off. When a client books, they use their bundle at checkout with a 6-digit code sent to their email, so only they can spend it.
